Today I went for my first prenatal visit. Everything was going pretty normal, exciting but normal. Pap, exam, talk about when the baby will be due…then the best part –ultra sound. Watching the monitor I notice two black spots. As “hmmp what’s that†was going through my head my Doctor said “Oh Twoâ€. “Umm two what?†He said well I usually like to ease into this but YOU ARE HAVING TWINS.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
We brought the new year in with lots of good snacks and movies. When the clock struck 12 Ev was watching a scary movie and I was working on one of my resolutions…I found some preschool information on line and am going to start making our days a bit more structured. We no longer have cable, which is good because it is time for a change-and just the kick in the bum I needed to get going. Last night I got lesson plans done for January, February, and March-impressive right?!-well lesson plans for preschoolers aren’t really all that complicated. I’m excited though, we are going to spend the rest of this week preparing and then start on Monday. I think it will be slow going but once the boys get used to the schedule it will be fun and beneficial for all of us. Wish me luck…
Well Christmas is almost over.
On a jet plane but I know when I’ll be back again. I set off at noon on my first all alone trip in 4 years. I’m going to visit my dearest and oldest friend in the sunshine state. This is the first time I’ve left the boys for more then a night (which I’ve only done once and I left after they went to sleep and got back right when they woke-so really it doesn’t count) I will be gone for 3 full days with 2 more days for traveling-all with no kiddos. So you won’t hear anything from me until Tuesday. Ya know what you could do in the mean time…GO MAKE A MYPICKLIST BADGE for your site!
