Today I am 16 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and I got to hear my babies hearts beating. Any mom or dad knows this is a wonderful sound. Concrete living breathing proof of life. Not only that but now I have an idea of where they are for the momment.
Each star is where we found the heart beats. They are strong, heathly, and growing right on track. Soon I’ll know when my c-section will be and even better then that is next Thursday we’ll finally know the sex of the babies. It’s like waiting for Christmas or your birthday-the days don’t move by fast enough!
The new place is still awesome. We visited our neighborhood playground today and it’s pretty cool being one of those moms who walks to the playground. It’s pretty nice and had no shortage of kiddos. Spending our mornings there is going to be good. The only thing better then the playground is our own backyard. We have a good bit of grass and a winding cement patio that curves out into the yard and then around the side of the house. Lots of space for bike riding and ball bouncing. It’s hard for them not to get worn out these days, no sleeping problems here. Looks like the transition from 2 to 4 isn’t going to be as hard as I thought(knock on wood).
