Bub loves this one! Great way to get veggies in your toddler

Whatcha Need
3 cups Four
1 Tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Shredded Carrot
1 cup Shredded Zucchini
1 cup Vegetable oil

What to do with it all…

Preheat oven 325
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, oil, vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in zucchini and carrots. Pour batter into two well greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or 1 hour 15 minutes depending on your oven. Serve warm with butter :)
