Frittata Yummyness

Made this the other night…oh so good

Turkey and cheese Frittata
Ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped broccoli sprouts (good veggies no one can see… hehehe)
8 Eggs
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 1/2 Cups (6 ounces) Shredded Cheddar Cheese

In a skillet, brown turkey meat then add chopped broccoli sprouts cook for about 5 more minutes. Remove from the heat and keep warm. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, water, mustard, Italian seasoning and garlic salt until foamy. Stir in cheese, and turkey mixture. Pour into a greased pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 22-27 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Oh so good! It’s low carb and you can hide veggies in it.
