Not Your Mama’s Meatloaf

Whatcha need…
Ground turkey
Shredded Carrots
Chopped broccoli
1 cup bread crumbs or smashed saltines
1 egg
Chili Sauce
Tomato Paste
Salt & Pepper (salt depends on use of saltines)

What to do with it…
In a large bowl mix the carrots, broccoli, egg, bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, and 2 tablespoons chili sauce. Then add the turkey and mix well. Put in a greased loaf pan and bake at 425 for 50 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes and serve.
