January Challenge – Personal History
This picture was taken the day I graduated from high school. It’s so strange I can’t remember the date but I remember the day very clearly. I was so excited I could hardly sleep the night before and woke up early enough to watch the sun rise. Most of my extended family was in town (I was the first grandchild/neice to graduate) and my parents were throwing me a party that night. The ceremony went by too quickly as we tossed our hats in the air and took millions of pictures in front of the hall. The party was in full force when I got home…so many people…it was amazing. We had a live band and kegs-yup kegs. Anyone who drank had to spend the night. I think that was the biggest slumber party in the history of slumber parties.
